🌿 Refund & Return Policy

At Connected Company LLC, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, all-natural herbal products with care and intention. Each item is handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, safety, and potency. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and return policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our herbal teas, oils, creams, bath soaks, and other wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or picked up.
This policy ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly:
✅ Replace the damaged or incorrect item, or
💳 Offer store credit toward a future purchase

Replacements are typically processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
If the issue cannot be resolved, email us at info@connectedcompany.online and we will assist in filing a claim or providing a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate orders placed in error (if reported before shipping)

  • Canceled orders requested before shipment confirmation

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

5. Workshop & Event Refunds

For classes, demonstrations, or community events hosted by Connected Company:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another participant
